Recognising our longstanding quality and expertise in the pre-owned watch sector; Cartier has appointed Watchfinder & Co. as one of their first ever official pre-owned watch partners. Every single one of our Cartier watches* has meticulously inspected, authenticated and prepared by our trusted team of expert watchmakers and now comes with a 24-month Cartier warranty as standard.
*Cartier watches sold through our Marketplace by our certified sellers are excluded.
The 24-month Cartier International Official Pre-Owned Warranty is offered with most of our watches. Only watches sold by our certified sellers through our Marketplace are excluded.
Should your watch stop working properly within this period, you can contact either Watchfinder, a Cartier Boutique, a Cartier authorized retailer or Cartier authorised aftersales centre for support, presenting your warranty card.
You can return it for inspection and diagnosis at any of these locations, and if the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge.
Please note the warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only.

If your Cartier watch was sold through our Marketplace by one of our certified sellers, it will come with a 24-month Watchfinder Warranty. If your watch develops a fault and is still covered by warranty, you can return it to us to be diagnosed by submitting a warranty enquiry. If the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge.

If your watch is less than 2 years old:
Visit Cartier Care to register your watch and activate the extended manufacturer warranty.
If your watch is more than 2 years old, but has manufacturer warranty remaining:
The previous owner registered this watch with Cartier Care and activated the extended manufacturer warranty. As the new owner, you can benefit from the remaining duration - visit Cartier Care to register for this benefit.
It remains the same as all watches sold by Watchfinder.
If you purchased online or over the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. If you purchase in store, we can offer you an exchange or credit note if your return a watch within 14 days. Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased with online and telephone purchases, retaining the red returns tag. Refunds will be processed after inspection in 5 working days. You can return a watch by post or in person at your closest Watchfinder location.
